What are my pre-installation requirements?
All we need is power and data points installed in each touchscreen bay & a trench dug with conduit from the range building to the outfield sensor(s). We supply the rest.
How long will the installation take?
Our engineers will be on-site for around 7-14 days depending on the size of the facility & bay types. They are trained to work quietly in the background and ensure zero range downtime on your range.
Do I have access to my player data?
Yes! We strongly believe that in order to maximise the potential of the system, you must know your customer. We share* with you an extremely rich data set of both player and radar data, to help you optimise your operations. *Some data share is subject to GDPR regulations
How should I price my customers for tech?
The most commercially successful ranges we’ve seen maximise revenue by ensuring tech is included with every standard session, charge a premium for entertainment and events customers, and many have also chosen a time-based pricing model. But the Inrange® system works just as well with ball-based pricing.
How do you ensure the system doesn’t go down?
It’s vital for you, your players and us that you experience as little down time as possible. Which is why we have a remote support team on hand 24/7, rain or shine. Any issues that might occur, they will be on hand to assist in minutes - no call out required.
How do I get my customers excited and booking bays?
As a partner range, you get access to the Inrange® Brand Hub - which is an extensive catalogue of content, collateral, web, social and digital marketing assets. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will work with you to build a marketing plan to maximise the potential of the system.
How do I teach my staff about the system?
We run a very detailed training session pre-launch for all of your staff, to teach them about the system and how best to monetise it. Staff training continues throughout the contract and is included as standard.
Do I need F&B to make this a success?
A lot of our ranges do not have a full F&B operation and are still seeing massive increases in revenue. That said, a good F&B operation can make a great ‘experience’ - and can make around the same revenue as from ball sales, so there is a big revenue opportunity if it is available to you.
How do we keep up to date with the latest innovations?
Our in-house software developers are focused on continual innovation and improvements of the Inrange® software suite. We regularly put new releases on two of your pre-assigned “release candidate” bays to run our bleeding-edge software, giving you sight and allowing you to give feedback on upcoming releases.
Can I run leagues and events?
You can - and you should. The best ranges are the ones that don’t just offer tech - they ‘use’ it. We have Customer Success Managers who can help you get events going, as well as a host of digital and physical marketing collateral to activate those events.
