The Company

Inrange is a leader in ball-tracking and driving range software. We create memorablenoff-course golf experiences for every type of visitor. We’re the only company in the field that caters to the golfer, the social player as well as large group events and we operate globally at >50 locations worldwide.

The Job

As a part of the Inrange creative engine, you will create visually captivating physical and digital assets, as well as web-based designs that engage both our B2B and B2C audiences and instantly drive brand recognition. We are looking for someone who will bring strong energy through clever, high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

Physical Asset Design:

  • Create visually stunning print materials, including but not limited to company brochures, flyers, posters, invitations, banners, and signage.

Digital Design:

  • Deliver sharp and engaging (on-brand) digital assets for use across the various marketing channels (mailer, socials, web assets etc.)
  • Develop custom graphics, illustrations, and infographics for use in both physical and digital marketing materials.

Web-Based Design:

  • Assist the lead designer with any assets needed for Inrange and Inrange partner web platforms.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and recognisable brand identity.
  • Ensure the right brand tone of voice comes through consistently in all channels of the business.
  • Assist with the management of the Inrange Brand Hub and ensure all assets are up to date, links are working and adding new content as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field
  • 1+ years' experience in a digital/graphic design role
  • Proven experience in physical, digital and web-based design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in all mediums.
  • Proficiency in industry design tools (knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite are critical, other tools experience would be a plus)

Must-have interpersonal skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in designs and ability to put forward new ideas.
  • Self-starter that can manage their workload

Bonus Skills:

  • Copywriting and SEO knowledge
  • Webflow/Website curation experience
  • Passion and skills in photography
  • Interest in golf/sports and a competitive nature would be a plus
