(INDIANAPOLIS, United States) - Inrange® has been selected as the tracking technology partner for the new Back 9 entertainment golf facility set to launch in Indianapolis in March 2022. At launch, Inrange®-powered ball tracking will be available to players in all 90 of the entertainment venue’s bays.

When it opens in March 2022, Back 9 Golf & Entertainment will be a family-oriented entertainment venue offering superior ball tracking and gaming technology in addition to a range of specialised food & beverage options. These will include a spacious outdoor beer garden, combination indoor & outdoor sporting and entertainment space and sizeable meeting, training and conference facilities. 

The new site is a major milestone in the renewal and revitalisation of an area of the south west side of Indianapolis previously home to industrial properties but which had started to fall into disrepair before the revitalisation project. The initiative has already led to the building of new Hilton and Marriot hotels as well as innovative office and co-working spaces for companies in the technology space. Back 9 Golf will offer workers in the area as well as visitors from across Indianapolis and surrounding areas with the perfect setting for social get-togethers and off-site business functions.
